Air France Cargo-KLM Cargo increases fuel surcharge to
Euro 0.95 effective April 22, 2008

Dear customer,

Due to the development of the jet fuel prices during the last two weeks, Air France Cargo-KLM Cargo has decided to increase the fuel surcharge from Euro 0.90* to Euro 0.95* per kilo, equivalent to CNY10.00 per kilo. 

* Euro/USD or its equivalent in local currency, depending on local circumstances.

This increase will become effective April 22, 2008 and is applicable worldwide.

Air France Cargo-KLM Cargo has stipulated procedures for implementing, increasing, reducing or withdrawing a fuel surcharge.
